Представен е проект за строителство, който обаче не е получил одобрение. Липсва подписано разрешително за строеж. Това заяви кметът на София Васил Терзиев, отговаряйки на запитване относно планираната сграда с височина над 200 метра в района на бул. „Черни връх“. Според него е създадена ненужна тревога, но е важно да се отбележи, че устройственият план за сградата е одобрен през 2017 г. от Столичния общински съвет (СОС) с гласовете на тогавашното мнозинство на ГЕРБ.

A construction project has been presented, which, however, has not received approval. There is no signed building permit. This was stated by Sofia Mayor Vasil Terziev, responding to a request about the planned building over 200 meters high in the area of Cherni Vrah Blvd. According to him, unnecessary anxiety was created, but it is important to note that the development plan for the building was approved in 2017 by the Sofia City Council (SOC) with the votes of the then GERB majority.
