At a ceremony at the Council of Ministers, when signing the contract for the exploration and search for oil and natural gas in Block 1-26 Khan Tervel, Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov stressed that Bulgaria is among the countries with active exploitation of the unused potential of the Black Sea bottom. The event was attended by Energy Minister Zhecho Stankov and the Executive Vice President of Studies, Strategy and Portfolio of Shell, Eugene Okpere.
