Prime Minister and European Commissioner Cosaries discussed the strategic process for the continent. Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov stressed that Bulgaria was approaching the care and responsibility for the full European integration of the Western Balkans countries. This was confirmed after their meeting in Sofia.
