The forum is attended by the European Commissioner for Expansion Martha Kos, who is an official visit to Bulgaria, as well as representatives of the governments of Turkey, Romania, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Montenegro. Among those present are Bulgarian MPs and experts.
