Европейската банка за възстановяване и развитие официално стартира програмата си за гаранционни споразумения, предназначена за българския финансов сектор, съгласно схемата InvestEU на Европейската комисия.
Според Франсис Малиж, управляващ директор на ЕБВР за финансови институции, въпреки постигнатия напредък в намаляването на енергийната интензивност на българската икономика, страната запазва последното място в ЕС по въглеродна ефективност. За преодоляване на това предизвикателство е необходимо осигуряване на допълнително финансиране.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has officially launched its Guarantee Agreement Program, intended for the Bulgarian financial sector, according to the European Commission Inveteu scheme.
According to Francis Maliz, Managing Director of the EBRD for financial institutions, despite the progress made in reducing the energy intensity of the Bulgarian economy, the country retains last place in the EU on carbon efficiency. Additional funding is required to overcome this challenge.
